About Alcohol 101+

Virtual Bar

The purpose of this segment is to illustrate how various factors — such as gender, weight, quantity and type of beverage, food, and time — can interact to affect an individual's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and its impact in the human body.

The individual will be able to monitor BAC level, the time it will take for the person's BAC to return to zero, and the number of drinks consumed.

Six other people can be looked at for comparisons — to see what BAC these three men and three women, of different weights, would have had if they had consumed the same beverage and quantity as the core person.
