1. How do I cancel a registration?
You will automatically receive a refund when a class is full or canceled. Your written request must be received two business days prior to the class start date. You may obtain arefund request form OR send us the following information:
your name, address, ACE Participant ID number (if available), phone number, and course number for which you are requesting the refund, along with the reason for the request.
A $15 processing fee is assessed for each refund. Donations to the ACE Scholarship Fund are non-refundable. Allow at least three weeks for processing.
For classes taken online that start on a certain date, your written refund request must be received two business days prior to the class start date. For classes that start anytime, written refunds request must be received within 15 days of the enrollment date. However, refunds are not given once an individual has started the class.
2. What should I do if I can’t attend a class for which I am registered?
You have the option of transferring to a different class or you may request a refund. If you would prefer to transfer to another class, please call one of the Customer Service Centers for help and verification of available space in another class. Transfers and refund requests must be received a minimum of two business days prior to the start date of your class. Transfers cannot be done using the online registration system.
3. What if I am not happy with the class I am taking?
